What is stealth Mode

Stealth mode is simply muting the Trinnov and turning the front panel off. We have this feature as Trinnov take such a long time to boot up

if the Trinnov has been powered off by other means eg front power button, the Crestron will not turn it back on again via the stealth mode off.

How to get a Support Log

Firstly, please enable debug in the driver by adding event map commands for the driver. To do this, add two SendCommand… commands with the following added to the Options text field:

DebugLevelCommand, {debugSubsystems=”*”, debugLevel=5, doLog=true, doPrint=false}
DebugPersist,{ level=true, trace=true }

Click Test Commands Now to send the commands to activate debug in the driver.

To view debug output in Configurator:

From the System Tab in Configurator, hold down the CTRL key and type “lua” to enable Lua Mode. Right click on My Drivers and choose Launch Trace. Use Set Toggles within the Elan Trace Utility to activate the driver. Finally, re-create the problem, copy the lua output and either paste it into this ticket, or into a text file and attach it.
