How to get a Trace

• Open Crestron Toolbox and connect to the Crestron processor using the Text Console
• Type USERPROGCMD:1 “debug level 4”
• Type USERPROGCMD:1 “debug print on”

USERPROGCMD[:program#] program#: number of program to execute. (default=1)

• Open the SIMPL Debugger and Connect to the Crestron processor
• Reproduce the problem a few times
• Choose SIMPL Debugger > Logging > Save Current….
• Click OK
• Attach the saved file to your support ticket

To provide ERROR LOG

• Open Crestron Toolbox and connect to the Crestron processor using the Text Console
• Type ERRLOG
• Copy any errors from the log into your support ticket

Note: It is preferable to clear any errors on the processor before uploading your program (to do this, first type CLEAR)
