Wise Controls Lighting driver for Crestron

This driver allows a Crestron system to control a Wise Controls wireless lighting system, incorporating a TVTRZ232 serial interface.  There is support for memorization of existing keypad controls, as well as the ability to learn and control up to 1800 physical transmitters.
