How to get a Support Log

please enable debug in the driver by configuring the following driver properties:
  • Set Debug Mode to Print
  • Set Debug Subsystems to * (i.e. all)
  • Set Debug Level to 5

I can't connect to the Vogels MotionMount

The product only handles one connection, make sure nothing else is connecting to the unit
