The growing popularity of the new Ultra HD Loewe televisions within the Custom Installation market throughout Europe prompted the need for greater integration with popular control systems such as Control4 and RTI, giving the end users the ability to control their TVs seamlessly from one simple interface.
Loewe employed Janus Technology to create specific Control4 and RTI drivers for their new SL3xx series Ultra HD televisions. The drivers enabled control of all the TV functionality via an RS232 interface to the control system, meaning users of Control4 and RTI systems could remotely control their televisions from the same interface as other aspects of their home such as audio and lighting.
