How to get a Trace

Open Crestron Toolbox and connect to the Crestron processor using the Text Console
Type USERPROGCMD:1 “debug level 4”
Type USERPROGCMD:1 “debug print on”

USERPROGCMD[:program#] program#: number of program to execute. (default=1)

Open the SIMPL Debugger and Connect to the Crestron processor
Reproduce the problem a few times
Choose SIMPL Debugger > Logging > Save Current….
Click OK
Attach the saved file to your support ticket

To provide ERROR LOG

Open Crestron Toolbox and connect to the Crestron processor using the Text Console
Type ERRLOG
Copy any errors from the log into your support ticket

Note: It is preferable to clear any errors on the processor before uploading your program (to do this, first type CLEAR)
